Electricity Billing System.
The Realdata billing system is designed to be a sub electricity billing system. This means the system is installed after the revenue electricity meter.
The revenue electricity meter is installed by the power company supplying power to the building and the power usages measured by this meter is payable to the power company.
The Realdata sub system measures the power used by the individual tenants. The sub system software generates monthly power bills for the electricity used by the individual sub meter.
The landlord recovers the power bill cost by collecting revenue from the tenants for the power usages measured by the sub billing system.
The daily line cost charged by the power company can be divided by the amount of tenants and this cost is then automatically calculated by the amount of days in a month and added to the tenant power bills by the sub billing software at the end of each month. OR the kilowatt hour charges to the tenants can be increased to recover this cost.
Power bills are automatically populated at the end of each month and sent by email. The power bills can be printed in a PDF file format, a text file format and - or excel file format. All tenants information is updated via email.
The Realdata billing software can be installed on any number of meters across any number of buildings.
